Canadian Customers

Exchanges and returns are free for Canadian orders. You have 30 days to contact us about the exchange or return unworn item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Please provide proof of purchase and email us at; returns@CaroQuilla.com

You can request a free shipping label here; returns@CaroQuilla.com. Once your return is processed, we will send a shipping label via email for you to print. You can drop off your order at any Canada Post and well take care of the rest. 

If you are doing an exchange, we will send your order out as soon as the return arrives back at our warehouse. Please note, we are not responsible for any orders sent back without CaroQuillprovided shipping labels.

As soon as our team receives your return, you’ll get your store refund within 10 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the shipping costs.

I’ve already submitted my order, but I need to make a change! What should I do? Is it too late?

We process our orders quickly so you can get your undies quickly. However we will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have. The best way to adjust or cancel an order is to email customerservice@CaroQuilla.com

Is it easy to exchange items?

Completely. Once you notify us of the exchange, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and as easy as printing your pre-paid and sending your item(s) back.
