So to let you feel first hand the quality and fit of our custom designed product risk free, we will accept the return of one worn item per customer. CaroQuilla Comfort Guarantee is designed to give you complete peace of mind when purchasing your CaroQuilla undies for the first time*. We are so confident you'll love the comfort and fit at CaroQuilla that we will gladly refund the purchase price of the undie if you're not 100% satisfied within 30 days of your purchase.

Claiming Your Comfort

At first, your new CaroQuilla’s undies might feel very different to what you have been used to wearing. We understand making the shift to leakproof and bamboo panties might be a bit intimidating at first, so we recommend you try your new CaroQuilla’s undies a few times within 30 days of purchase to fully experience the comfort of the product. If, within 30 days you change your mind about your purchase please contact us and we will provide arrangements for your refund. Once the returned item(s) are received, please allow 10 to 15 business days to receive the funds back on your original method of payment, minus the shipping costs. 1.) The Comfort Guarantee only applies to your first purchased single underwear. 2.) Additional items that are tried on, worn or washed are not covered by the Comfort Guarantee. This guarantee only applies to the comfort of the product. 3.) Shipping fees will not be covered under the Comfort Guarantee. 4.) The product must be used in accordance with the care instructions provided with your product. 5.) In order to claim under this guarantee you must notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery. 6.) The guarantee does not affect your right to a replacement or refund relating any faults with any product purchased from CaroQuilla.com
